Second Amendment Support, Inc.

The Second Amendment Support Foundation was formed to provide financial support to individuals who were forced to use self-defense to defend their lives or the lives of others.

Financial support is provided, upon prima facie showing of self-defense, so that they may defend their use of self-defense in legal proceedings, if the need arises. Upon prima facie showing of self-defense individuals who utilizes a legal weapon in self-defense, and are charged with an alleged crime, may apply to the Foundation for a grant of up to $100,000. If, after reviewing the facts of the case, the Foundation’s “Grant Committee” determines that sufficient evidence exists to show that the individual used a legal weapon in self-defense and in compliance with applicable laws, the Foundation may grant some form of financial assistance or legal assistance.

The Foundation may also provide grants resulting from the use of self-defense related to the implementation of emergency risk protection orders (“red flag laws”), gun confiscation and more.

The second Amendment Support Foundation is funded by a combination of donations from the general public, nonprofit groups, and organization.
Membership in Second Call Defense is not a requirement to apply for a Foundation Grant, nor does it guarantee a grant in all cases. Grants are available to persons who legally use weapons in self-defense, subject to the Foundation’s approval process.

The purpose of the Second Amendment Support Inc. Grants Committee (the “Committee”) is to evaluate grant applications from individuals described above, identify projects for potential funding by Second Amendment Support, Inc. (the “Foundation”), monitor current grants of individuals (including grantee accountability) and award such grants on a case-by-case basis.
